88 Little Symphonies (2024)
written, directed, visualised and performed by Stephanos Droussiotis
a children’s play for a grand piano, two celestial objects and an invisible orchestra
In an attempt to return to the roots of his creative journey, Stephanos Droussiotis put together a 55-minute performance to introduce the world of classical music its secrets to the young audiences. The show invites the young spectators to indulge in a stimulating visual kaleidoscope, engage in an interactive game with an invisible orchestra and its sounds and play in a sea of 10 000 orange balloons.
The work was commissioned by the Rialto Theatre in Limassol, Cyprus in 2024.
